Spelling Bee
Challenge yourself by learning new words and testing your memory. The winner of this event will represent Orange Hunt at the Fairfax County Spelling Bee in March. That champion will receive an invitation to participate at the Scripps National Spelling Bee.
The OHES PTA invites students in grades 1-6 to participate in the annual Orange Hunt Spelling Bee

Registration is OPEN!
Registration by January 31, 2026 is required to participate in this event.
**If you do not see your child listed in the forms page, please update their grade in the "My Account" tab. **
Registration is limited to the first 80 students. 1st and 2nd graders are limited to 10 participants each. All other registrations will be added to a waitlist.
After your student is registered, they will receive official word study lists, words of the champions, and official spelling bee rules.
