Volunteers Needed

 The PTA is eagerly seeking passionate individuals like you to unite with us. Together, we can enhance and uplift our beloved school community. We need volunteers for the following activities this spring or the event will have to be cancelled:

• Silent Auction  - online coordinator. We will auction off staff experiences (lunch with teacher, etc.). We need someone to add the items to an online platform and create a flyer to advertise it.
• Boosterthon - sponsor solicitation. We need a few people to solicit sponsors for the event. Our goal is to offset the cost of the t-shirts. This needs to be done in January.
• Boosterthon - prize distribution. For one week leading up to Boosterthon help organize and distribute prizes to classrooms.
• Earth Day Spring Clean Up - we need a committee to help coordinate the event. They will identify what types of supplies are needed and coordinate manpower for the day of the event. Lots of flexibility with this event (clean up leaves, trash, etc.)
• Dance-a-thon - Day of event support. See DAT sign-up to help with check-in, door monitors, or donate food items.
• International Festival - lead and committee. We need someone to head up this event and a committee to support the person. Coordinate sign-ups for international tables, coordinate high-school students for crafts, ensure we have supplies for crafts, schedule band and food for band or other entertainment.
• Variety Show - committee members to help with practices, music, and sound.
• Girls on the Run - Need an assistant coach (March - mid-May, Mondays and Fridays).
